A joint venture of technology giants PLDT and Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart), the first Jump center opened at the Cyberzone of SM Megamall in Mandaluyong last year. One more is expected to be inaugurated in Metro Manila soon, and branches in Cebu and Davao are already being planned.

“We are expanding this year, so we need to organize Jump Squads in more locations,” added Gabaldon.
